NetBotz Pelco Compatibility

Good morning guys,

A partner is asking us if we have an updated Pelco models that are compatible with NetBotz. Do we have?

I've seen this document (http://www.apcmedia.com/salestools/JHIN-7PTK7P/JHIN-7PTK7P_R4_EN.pdf?sdirect=true) but I don't know if it is updated.

Please find see below snippet for your perusal on supported products. I pulled this from the Pelco website http://partnerfirst.pelco.com/content/netbotz.

You can also find more supported pelco cameras on the below link on APC knowledge base FA158450.

Hi Jorge,

The  list of tested Pelco cameras can be found in k-base FA158450. I am not sure who may have tested that Pelco list but I do not believe it was the NetBotz QA team. I don't know what testing Pelco does so if the camera is not in the list in FA158450, we can't officially support it. I will make product management aware of the Pelco list.

*Please note that the NetBotz 3xx and NetBotz NBRK0450/0451 do not support the Pelco integration.

But NB compatibility matrix have other opinion on that:

The Matrix is wrong and I have forwarded this to product management for correction. Please follow the k-base. As for your next question , the NetBotz 160 camera is NOT being discontinued. It is currently unavailable and should be available again very soon.

Additionally, this should not be a comment or answer for this thread. It is different and you should probably ask a new question for future issues that do not exactly match the question.
