We have a client with an NBRK 0750 unit that keeps dropping out from the DCE and becoming unresponsive every few months. A reboot resolves the connection issues temporarily, but the problem recurs.
Additionally, the three NBPD0165 cameras have dropped out and cannot be re-added. I have performed a complete factory reset on both the Bot and the cameras, but they are no longer detected. The private LAN for the cameras has also stopped assigning IP addresses.
Model: NBRK 0750, NBPD0165, DCE 8.3.0
