Dear Team,
I have a customer NetBotz 570 which has been working fine for 3yrs, now it can't boot up.
I used HyperTerminal for troubleshooting and it seems the loading process stops just after powering on as attached.
Kindly any way am able to login and restore the unit.

Hi,
You might want to check out the restore procedure as follows:

It's best to check if you have a valid backup with you.
If you have a valid support contract, you can always contact your local support to help on resolving the issue.
Else if you are interested, you can move forward to using Netbotz 750 as a new replacement.
