Hi,
I have a client that has installed a cert onto a NetBotz 570 and it didnt like it and as now as port 80 is disabled they are unable to log onto the device. i have attached a screen shot of the botz issue. has anyone come across this issue before and how can we access the Bot to rectify this problem.

I would recommend reaching out to technical support to see if there is any alternatives to doing a factory reset via a serial connection. I'm not aware of any way to recover the appliance other than the factory reset, but maybe others within the community can provide additional guidance.
