NetBotz 550 Firmware Download

Hi all,

I'm having difficulty downloading the latest firmware for my unit. The download link (http://www.apc.com/tools/download/download.cfm?sw_sku=SFNBZ450&software_id=MFOI-9WYM4Z&family=&part_...)

takes me to an FTP page that doesn't exist. Can someone help?

Bearmode, I have verified that the link does work correctly. The link goes to an ftp download site, which should prompt your browser to download the file. If nothing happens, FTP could possibly be blocked, making it appear as it nothing is happening. I have listed an alternative download location below. Best Regards, Cory
