Hi all!
In attempt of discovery of the NBRK0450 device in SxOn GW 1.0.3.40 under both protocols (SNMP and NetBotz) I receive two messages in discovery log:
(SNMP) A GENERIC device has been detected.
(NetBotz) A device has been found at this address.
But the number of the found devices remains zero. Why?
Very thanks for the support.

This is likely due to a bug in the way the Gateway handles discovery with multiple protocols at the same time on the same device. There are a few work arounds that can be used before we release a fix:
1) Create a separate discovery entry for just the NetBotz device (no SNMP entries)
OR
2) Disable SNMP on the NetBotz device
Please let us know if this helps. Thanks!

Dear Brian Behbehani,
As I told in the post , starting from the release of SxOn GW 1.2.0.12, it became possible to perform discovering and monitoring of NetBotz appliance, for example, NetBotz-450. Great work!
Very thanks for the support.
The question is solved 😀.
