NBPD0170 : Does it come with HID cards and Door handles ?

I was checking on APC website and found two different versions as given in snapshots below.

I wanted to know when a client orders NBPD0170 does this SKU come by default with Door handles and HID cards or does a customer buys door handles and HID cards separately?

On the apc SITE  it mentions that it comes with door handles and HID cards but in the manual it doesn't mention that....

It  comes with 2 HID cards and 2 handles.

The NBPD0171 SKU comes with the NetBotz POD 170, rack handles, door sensors, and proximity cards.

THE NBPD0171 SKU is PTO sku comprised of the following SKUs:

• NBES0303: Door Sensors
• NBHN0171: Rack Access Handles
• NBPD0170: Rack Access Pod 170
