My phone was replaced and I can't reconnect my ecostruxureIT software. When I tried to log into the website, I have 2 factor set and was unable to get to the code, nor could I reach out to you guys until I created another account. Please help.

Hi Rick,
I can think of the following option(s) that may help you:

1. in case of lost/replaced device, you can use the recovery code to log in.
   recovery code looks like this: (and generated during your initial setup):
   
2. Ask your admin user to reset the second factor authentication for you.
3. and/or if needed, ask your admin user to delete your user account and then get invited again.
