Dear Community,
I recalled that there is an icon for Ecostruxure Gateway under DDF search for a supported device but it's current gone.
Where can I find the list of the supported device by Ecostruxure IT Gateway?
Best Regards,
TJ

Hi,
This is not a bug.
Unfortunately, we (in community) don't have a way to know what devices the Gateway supports and we were providing you information about a device being supported (or not) based on your requests. This is not optimal and since this information was misleading in many cases, we decided to remove this particular information and give you the "i want it too" option as the only alternative of getting a gateway ddf.

Dear Law TJ,
I think this is a visual bug after migration =SE= to a new domain:
Panagiotis Karampis, what do you think about this?
With respect.

Dear Panagiotis Karampis,
I agree with that.
But the my question is why the green EcoStruxure IT Gateway icon no longer appears in the list of devices as in screenshot Law TJ? But if you fall into the device, this icon appears (as I have in the screenshot).
With respect.

The first picture gives information about the status of the device. That's unwanted. When you are into the device itself, we need to have a way that you can request it without providing status information about the device. So, we removed anything that comes with status and left the ability to request it until we come with a proper way of showing this information.
