Leak Rope Error netbotz 570

Hello,

 I have installed the rack monitor 570 (OS version is 6.4.1)( Integrated sensor pod version is 0.6.9).

Rack monitor giving an error of leak rope detected. Actually there is no water inside the facility. As i have disconnect the rope Leak Sensor, its given the error leak rope is unplugged. But as i have connect this rope again its given the same error. For testing I have used the new leak rope sensor . As i have generate the alert on this sensor it shows in advance view . But when we have to dry the sensor it does not finish the error from advance view .
