Hi Shemilusman,

 I think Pro Pack was not released in DCO 8.1 release, but the Pro Pack released in DCO 8.2 should be available from DCO product download site. You might want to contact the local tech support (http://www.apc.com/template/country_selection.cfm?ref_url=/site/support/index.cfm) for product download information. Please be prepared that they will ask for a valid support contact before providing the info.

DCO 8.2 Pro Pack will work on SCOM 2016.
