DCE Migration Virtual Machine to New VM in VMware

Hi ,

Can any one help me out to migrate old DCE VM to new DCE VM. I have done successfully backup of old DCE VM data and restore it back to new DCE VM but when i switch off old VM and switch on new VM and could not see licenses on new DCE VM.I have migrated all configuration except MAC address but when i change the mac address of new VM and system did not start.

Can any one help me to migrate my DCE VM with all my existing configuration & licences on new DCE VM with same MAC or is there any process of migration from VM to VM.

Note : I have backed up all the data through DCE.

Hi Shaik,

You must contact technical support. You'll need to provide them with your old mac address and potentially the passcodes for the license keys to be transferred. You'll also need to register the new mac address at https://dcimassets.schneider-electric.com/ hopefully under the same account as the old mac address.
