I have an existing room and I can't access to it. Each time I try I get an error that shows "an exception error occured". What can be done to solve this issue?

Hi Tomestis, The first thing you could try is to remove the client files downloaded from the server. Removing those files will cause the application to re-download the files the next time you log in. The files are usually stored in C:\Users\< user>\.isxo\ You can delete the .isxo folder to force the client to download new files from the server. Please notice that the model on the server will not be influenced by the removing this folder. In case this doesn't resolve the problem please get back to us. We will then need to take a closer look at the client log files. Thanks Jesper
