On behalf of Shahzad:
During running operation infrasturexure central suddenly showing '' lost communication '' and all devices disappeared on ISX client. When again try to log on through client it was showing ''invalid address or connection timeout. enter a valid host name /ip address or increase the connection timeout''
When physically inspected Server it was showing error i.e. ''E1810 HDD 3 Fault.
Action Taken
1-Remove faulty hard disk and reinsert again. But issue not resolved. Swap hard drive with another same issue faced.
2-Then replace hard drive with new one and remove the issue i.e. E1810 HDD3 fault and server will be normal.
3- Hook up monitor/keyboard to ISXC or setup hyperterminal serial session.
>Reboot ISXC (by cycling power)
>Login within 5 minutes of ISXC reboot with the following username/password:
>username: apc
>password: apc
and
>username: apcreset
>password: apc
Current situation:
Now server is not showing any fault at its display but when we try to log on through client it is showing ''Then infrastuxure central server is currently starting up. Please wait a few seconds and try again.
HDD 01 blink green and orange led light.other all are in green.
Can we reset default password?

Sounds like your ISX is still rebuilding it's array and then it will take a bit of time (upwards of 20 minutes from past experience depending on amount of devices/size of drives etc) for the appliance to be fully booted up and able to accept access.

I concur. Once the array rebuilds, ISX should come back up. In a former life we had a particularly "vintage" ISX server that would drop a drive just about any time it was rebooted.
