Is DCE being deprecated in favor of EcoStruxure IT Expert? EcoStruxure IT Expert is only cloud version or may be On-Premis? Licence of DCE can migrate to IT expert? What's roadmap of DCE?

Does IT Expert have the same functionalities as dCE ?, virtual sensors, personalized reports ... or will they be included?

Is DCE being deprecated in favor of EcoStruxure IT Expert? No, Data Center Expert continues to be our on-premises software monitoring and management solution, but we’re excited about the progress of the cloud offer and the readiness of the market to move to cloud-based software solution.

EcoStruxure IT Expert is only cloud version or may be On-Premise? EcoStruxure IT Expert is our cloud-based software monitoring and management tool. There are currently no plans to support an EcoStruxure IT Expert on-premise solution.

Licence of DCE can migrate to IT expert? Please contact your Schneider Electric representative to learn about the transition plans available for DCE to ITE migration. We will continue to roll out this plan out in 2020.

What's roadmap of DCE? We will be focused on addressing security vulnerability fixes, bug fixes and some limited feature enhancements for Data Center Expert.

Does IT Expert have the same functionalities as DCE?, virtual sensors, personalized reports ... or will they be included? IT Expert and DCE are different monitoring solutions so there are some differences in feature availability. EcoStruxure IT Expert offers capabilities for cloud-based analytics and real-time monitoring not available in DCE. ITE also offers a different interpretation of features like virtual sensors; for example, ITE can offer mathematical functions in custom dashboards. Please contact your Schneider Electric sales representative for a demo of the software (or try the demo online!) to get a feel for the new software.
