Hi matthew.nq,
Both of the above problems, in my opinion, are associated with equipment malfunctions, which can identify and repair local techsupport of Schneider Electric. And, your case is not a single one: see a successful solution of a similar problem, for example, in the topic .
With respect.

Thank you for your quick answers.
😀
First : I read that topic you mentioned above,but is this the way that i can fix the issue:
We have changed with other (working without alarms) Rectifiers and alarms disappears.
How should I do that?
==================
Second: For the ACRP502,how could I fix its issue?
It doesn't start any more and has 4 error, 3 error for Fan Fault , 1 error is CRITICAL Cooling failure.
how about that?
==================
According to records,we have ACRC103 (the model which discontinued) and has the same problem,Schneider Electric suggested to change the ELECTRICAL BOARD,and the issue has been solved.
Whats your opinion?
Should we change the Electrical Board in both of these products?
Or we should change the rectifiers ?!
I'm a little bit confused.
☹️

Unfortunately, both of these problems are hardware malfunctions, that you can not solve on your own. And DCIM support also does not help you.
You can only help local techsupport, which has the necessary spare parts for these devices.
Or, if you already have the necessary spare parts and experience in repairing this equipment, then probably you will be able to do it yourself.
I hope, I clearly explained.
With respect.

Again, this question can only be answered after a detailed diagnosis of your equipment to find out exactly what is causing the malfunction. It can not be remotely done.
