Hi How do i unlock an account that has been locked

User account may be blocked from logging in because it tried to log in too many time with a wrong password.
User can try to log in after at least 10 minutes (it should automatically be unblocked).And/or specially if the user dose not remember the correct credentials, you might want to log in (as administrator) and 'RESET PASSWORD' for your user.
