ITA 9.3 lost user password

Hi I have a client that has lost the password for the user account not root i have this and it works. have tried resetting through linux but it doesn't seem to apply it to web client does anyone have the procedure to reset the password

Hi Mike,

ITA server (ssh login and webmin login) will not work for the ITA application. ITA application (web-client and desktop client) has its own user logins.

User (with lost credentials) can turn to another user with admin rights, who can reset the password for him/her.

This is the only user account they have i did build it with multiple but these have been disabled how do i go about resetting the password??

Hi Mike,

Customers would usually create their own logins (with multiple user accounts and permissions). However, please send your request (by email) to  support@ecostruxureit.com so we can take this offline.
