I have made a number of discoveries
But when I look under unassociated devices it says everything has been associated
The devices are listed on the IT Optimise service management portal under the inventory tab.
After looking at the external system all seems OK
All services seem to be running fine on the ITO server
Has anyone got an idea what might be wrong?

Can you see the devices in the "Discovered Devices" view?
What version of DCO is this for?

Hello James. When you browse to https://ito-server-ip:8090/ and login, your servers/assets are present? Can you provide a set of server logs including the ITO logs?

Hi James,
Many thanks for spending the time with our team last week (to resolve the issue). Here is a short note that I would like to share with all,
Apparently a failover have had caused database inconsistency, that in turn prevented triggering and running the job services. So basically the job services for the externals systems (both for ITO and DCE) was not running. By manual corrections, removing errors, etc. the jobs started to run again.
Kind regards
