Hi
I have 4 type diseal generator control board but Unfortunately are not Schneider Electric company product.what can i do ?
they have modbuse tcp protocol?
and i have register map for their

Hi Hojjat,
To obtain a DDF for 3rd party devices that are not already on the DCE server, you will want to contact multivendorsupport@apc.com.
Thwy can provide you with any DDF files already created or can create new DDF files if (for Modbus devices) you provide them with the register map.

Hi Hojjat,
You have the option to apply for a 3rd party device DDF on help.se-dmaas.com -> Device Support (top menu item).
Fill out the form and attach your modbus register map, and a team of people will handle your request.
