Jef Faridi Hello jef
I'am facing issues regarding cooling configuration
I have never done cooling config before so no knowledge about that
My system is linked with the virtual sensors (DCE and DCO via pc Converter) and the integration is properly done
Cutomer needs the measured and calculated plane to be displayed wheen needed
I did the device association with the AHU units and im able to see the humidity and temperature reading when placing the cursor on the AHU units - (Pls check all the screenshots for more detail)
But when i'm calculating the measured and calculated plane in the 3D view there is some error- Pls check the screenshot.
So i need your support that how can this be done how can i measure the cooling for both measured and calculated plane. what exactly is required ?
Pls explain
Thank you for your support

Hi Waseem,
It might be be good idea to visit the following page: Working with the 3D temperature map, that contains description about temperature map in 3D view. Here is a nice video tutorial illustrating the configuration: How to setup live temperature mapping in StruxureWare Data Center Operation
Short note/comments concerning your screen captures: the second image, showing the 'Custom Properties' data (would not be involved in temperature calculations). The third capture is saying "One or more racks had servers, but no airflow...." so you might want to check/make sure that the power patch are setup for those rack(s).
No, you do not need to integrate with Cooling Optimize to run the calculation for measured plane, but you would need to associate temperature sensors, which have also been illustrated in the above mentioned video tutorial.
Kind regards
