Specifically, In the case where a circuit previously had load... which was manually imported at some point in the past, but now I am manually importing a 0 load on the given poles. This use case is where there used to be a circuit, but has since been removed so I need to reset the measurements to the proper load. The same use case applied when loads in generally are going down... where we know DCO is maintaining historical peak readings.

Hi Wes,
I think usually the measured data should be updated after 30 days period, otherwise it may need to be investigated. Our team will be investigating this as soon as possible (we are aware of your issue with some devices not changing to 0 load).
Kind regards
