Our customer wants to integrade DCO with BMC Remedy. However, they have a fully customized version of BMC Remedy and we want to test if it works with the available ready integration.
The test of the connection returns a message that server might be down. I asked them and they do not have any web services enabled. Can you explain what kind of web services are required for the integration to work, as well as what the functionality of the integration is (i.e. what information is exchanged, is it a bidirectional information exchange, etc.)?

Hi Nikolaos,
Sorry to disappoint you, I think the integration (out of the box) may only work for Remedy up to version 8.1 and may not work for the latest version(s). As far as I know, there are currently no plans to support the integration with the latest version(s) of Remedy. However, for customized solutions you might want to contact the CSP team (contact person at the moment: Morten Harboe morten.harboe@se.com).
Kind regards
