i hav a CRAC out of the IT room, i want to put a vertical grille under the raised floor to provide airflow to the room. There is the option
But It is not possible to enter negative values
So the air circulation in the room is incorrect. How can solve?

Hi Miguel,
I did a quick test moment ago (using DCO 8.0.3), as illustrated I was able to place vertical grilles below the raised floor (by entering negative distance):
Would it be possible to ask for a copy of your backup file to figure out why it is not working for you. I will send you an invite to my =S= box shortly, just in case if you would share the data with me, thanks.
Kind regards

Hi Miguel,
Many thanks for providing the backup file, which seems to be fine without any errors. As illustrated in the following image, the raised floor height (for this setup) is 450 mm, so when we place vertical grilles below the (raised) floor, we would need to notice that the number we will be entering should not exceed the defined "raised floor height". In the following example I have placed those two vertical grilles below the (raised) floor by entering "-450 mm" (which would be the max number to be entered here):
Please let me know if you have questions, and/or if I should try with a certain floor height settings, thanks.
Kind regards
