Asking on behalf of Rich:
Logging into Struxuware DCE 7.3.1 shows many devices reporting ‘the device is offline due to login error’.
Please advise.
Thanks

Hi Stine, Rich,
If you've reset the device, make sure it's got the same IP and either change the user name and password DCE uses to log into the device or change the user name and password on the device to match that listed in DCE. You may want to also try re-discovering the device (not necessarily deleting it). You may also want to verify if the appliance had been using "post-only" mode. Make sure if you're set to communicate through SSL that both DCE and the appliance is set up properly. Make sure there's nothing between the bot and DCE blocking http/https communications and make sure there is nothing else using that IP that may cause a conflict.
