Hello everybody.
I am configuring some Netbotz appliances like 570 for example and sometimes when i put the informations about email server , i try to do the "send test email" but it shows like : unable to send test email. I did the whole steps that the Netbotz guide suggests I reached good results but last time, i put all the informations and the same message appears. All informations were correct but it didnΒ΄t work. Probably the Netbotz is not accessing the mail server , or thereΒ΄s some SSL problem , i donΒ΄t know.
Does anybody knows if there are ways to prove that the Netbotz is sending the emails but the problem itΒ΄s on mail server ?
Thanks .

Hi Luis,
Just an added comment to Nathans's answer. Make sure you have added the FQDN for the hostname in the "Network Interfaces" app under Advanced View. I have seen problems sending mail due to this.
