A client has an SMT1000C with Serial Number starting with 3S2102.
ESIT shows the following for the Warranty end date (August 29, 2024):
However, this device has an extended warranty starting with 8W2109.
The actual end date is August 28, 2026.
The "note" in ESIT says to contact your partner to manage the warranty.
I AM the partner and I have absolutely NO ability to get this product to obtain the correct information from SE's database, nor can I manually enter the correct information.
So in a few months, this product - for which my client pays handsomely - is going to INCORRECTLY report information about their device.
I am extremely frustrated because I have no idea what it is going to take for someone to fix this problem .
