ITA 9.4.3 just installed/upgraded.... backups not showing in backup/restore administration tab
after installing IT Advisor 9.4.3, we are not seeing backups taken, prior to the upgrade, or since the upgrade. When I try to load a previous backup that was downloaded, system says you cant have 2 files of the same name, already used. Screenshot of the webclient screen attached.
This is a known issue in ITA 9.4.3 that will be addressed in the next release. The backups are not listed, but they do exist in the system and they can be used as expected.
