Hello,
I'm developing a integration via ETL to associate information from a CMDB to the DCO.
The import and the modify of the CI works well, but when I try to delete an element via the ETL, changing the state_flag to "deleted" in the configuration_item table, nothing happens in the DCO and the association remainds.
ΒΏAny idea about that what's happening?
regards.

Hi Carlos
It's interesting that "new" and "changed" work for you but "deleted" doesn't.
I assume you are using lower case as shown here ETL Import Database rather than what the doco says Keeping Track of Information State. Upper case has never worked for me. I also assume you've been using the "state_last_updated" column.
Are you checking that the state_flag = "synced" before you set it to delete?
Cheers
Ed

Hello ed,
Finally I found the problem, and it was in my pentaho procedure. I wasn't updating correctly the state_flag column when i was trying to delete the CI.
regards.
