Dear support,
Recently i request a DDF for DCE AP9465,
But can't success and always prompt unknown error has occured.
I have tried IE and Google brower but still can't request successfylly.
if you have some advice for this situation?

Just try to archive your doc-file (for example, as zip-file), and then attach it to your device request.

So much thanks for your help.
I retry today but still some question exist.
After i click the request button, i can receive the Request Acknowledgement email right now.
But the DDF request web interface still prompt Unknown error has occurred.
And I can’t see the process in my device request list.
I’m not sure if the supporter really received my request.

Your request has gone through so no worries. I will update the site so that you can see the request as well and finally will take a second look on the problem which appears to be restricted characters in the vendor
