Dear guys,
We are running a DCO trial in a customer and he is getting a bad feeling so the client is running very slow. He wait more than 10 minutes to open the client and sometimes he cannot save the changes he gets some errors. The server seems right and without a comms problem.
I have the client logs, somebody can chek them?
Regards,
Enric

Hi Enric,
Is this resolved?
As Greg mentioned, the system specifications (both server & client) would be the first place to check. The minimum system requirements are listed here: System Requirements
And then obviously, network connectivity would be the most contributing factor in client server communication.
Kind regards

Enric. Can you share some of the details of this installation? specifically the DCO server specifications and can you post log files? The system information view in the webmin login can help describe the dco server specification. You can download logs using the client GUI from the help menu. Client disconnects can be tied to network connectivity issues as well as dco server side issues. Regards Greg Sterling
