Hi team,
we have an installation with DCE 7.6 and Netbotz 250 and we are receiving a lot of emails from different T/H sensors
As you can see the maximum value was 78% since 19th:
And the treshold is configured above 80:
And last days we received too many alarms:
What could be the problem?

Dear Javier Zurera,
I highly suspect, that the source of all these alarms is not your custom thresholds, that you wrote about, but devace alarms, which can be configured by default on your NetBotz-250.
Therefore, you need to make sure through the web-GUI NetBotz-250, that all humidity alarms that are configured there are disabled or have the values you need.
With respect.
