One question from customer that their DCE template doesn't work after upgrade NB250 to the newest firmware .
They are using NBACS1356 for 18 Racks and each rack had different user for door access.
Customer used DCE template to deploy account info to different NB250.
The issue was happened after they upgrade to newest firmware V6.6.7 .
In the moment ,customer tried to import the old template to NB250, system shows no valid value
so that can not go on next step , and also show unknow user from user1 to user200.
Any expert knows what's the problem on it ? Your input would be appreciated.
