Database error is mostly related to storage. Did you add a second HDD to the DCE VM? Increasing the initial storage will not work. Try adding an additional HDD and see if that works.
If you have a full backup, you can deploy a new DCE. Just make sure to add a second HDD.
If this is not an option for now, you can contact your local technical support, check the link below and change the Country. Provide the DCE logs. Go to https://dce_ip/capturelogs and create a new server log archive.
