Configuring numerous Gateways under one ITE Account

Hi All,

I have a client that has UPSs installed at numerous remote sites however the sites are not linked on their network therefore I am not able to discover all the UPSs from the different Sites into one ITE Gateway.

Is it possible to install one ITE Gateway per Site but link all the Gateways to one ITE Account so that the client can have a holistic view of all the UPSs under one ITE Account?

Yes. This is absolutely one of the scenarios we expect some customers will encounter and one of the reasons IT Expert is a good solution for a customer with this type of configuration where each location has its own network infrastructure and no connectivity between sites.

IT Expert is designed for customers with heavily distributed environments. So customers may deploy gateways at all of their remote locations if they wish, and register/connect those gateways to a single IT Expert account they registered in https://ecostruxureit.com .. from the cloud side and through the mobile app all of the devices discovered by each gateway will appear in the one cloud side view.

Sometime in 2024 customers will also be able to manage their gateway discoveries from the cloud side.
