After physical reboot the server does not start Data Center Expert 7.4.1

Hi All,

 

After physical reboot the server does not start Data Center Expert 7.4.1. It's show me login screen as login account.

 

In desktop client, the error message as: The StruxureWare Data Center Expert server is currently starting up.

 

Pls kindly tell me how to fix this.

Hello,

 

can be a problem with disk space on system partitons.....if you have support you must contact Schneider technical stuff in order to access the server remotely(check on booting process if you see something with errors)

Thanks for your post ! The web session monitor was frozen and I pressed the physical restart button. Then return login screen. Web service still starting up. Schneider contract was expired. Pls show me how to do start web service.

Hi @Chieu,

 

The DCE version you are using is quite out of date, released in 2016. The current version is 8.0. There have been many significant changes since 7.4.1. Please see the DCE release summary.

 

It is likely that you'll need help from support to resolve this issue.

This is like postgresql failed so struxure Data center service can not start.

The service contract was expired. Pls tell me how to go ahead ?
