Hi Stanko,
I would not consider this a "bug" as that would indicate it is an issue with the feature itself and a failure of the actual code.
I'm running DCE 7.6 and I have no issue creating or manipulating virtual sensors.
Have you rebooted the server again?
Have you tried a different client system?
Have you tried a different user?
How long ago did you upgrade? If it was just recently, do you have a backup of the old system and can you restore back to 7.5 or whatever version you were and and verify it is working then try the upgrade again?
As I mentioned, it doesn't appear to be a failure in the way it was designed (bug) as I'm not seeing the issue so there's something more specific about your environment that needs to be troubleshot.

Hello Steve,
I tried in friday to create virtual sensors during internal training.
Today, I can see there are all virtual sensors present. I didnt reboot server neither client app. My server needed more then 1h to create sensors?!
You are right, its not bug. But I`m wondering, why it took so long?
Best Regards

Hi Stanko,
I couldn't say. Possibly it's a communications issue between the server and client(s), possibly the resources the system has is not enough or was being used for other processes at the time, I can't say. Next time I'd suggest possibly rebooting the server if you'd not already done so, try another client, If it's a VM, increase resources potentially.
