EcoStruxure IT Gateway SSLHandshakeException error

Hello team,

Any ideas of what could be the issue of the following problem i encounter when trying to retrieve the Registration Code for the gateway. Note Port 443 is opened for connection.

The logs are as follows:

Are you using proxy?

If the proxy uses SSL certificate, you need to add to the gateway.

Check the certificate from browser by going here:

https://us.struxureon.com/ingester/v2/blah/registration

Export out .cer for the proxy from your browser

im still hitting the same brick wall and no im not using a proxy at the moment its off.
