DCE MIB File
Hi,
Is there somewhere I can download an up to date MIB file for DCE v7.2.6?
(Not the PowerNet MIB)
For the purpose of forwarding SNMP traps from, and scanning the DCE server directly
Thanks,
David

Hi David,
You can poll DCE directly using SNMP but you will only get a few CentOS based sysoids. You can not gather any data specific to DCE itself or the devices being monitored.
As for traps, there are 2 ways to set them up. If you configure an alert action for a sensor, the traps you receive will be based on the NetBotz Mib file. If you have any NetBotz devices, you get the same traps from them and the MIB can be downloaded directly from the device. See K-Base FA158368.
If you configure the NMS integration where DCE sends traps for any alert, you will receive traps based on the APC powernet mib which can be downloaded from www.apcc.com/tools/download. K-base FA231439 outlines this info. K-base itself is here:
