Hi Oscar! What do you mean about blocking access? Are you trying to connect via client application or via web-browser? Is there some error messages?

Hi Oscar,
Are you still experiencing problems after setting the server locale?
A reboot of the server is done if the time settings or locale are changed. This might be the reason you cannot access the system.
More information can be found here: Time Settings
If you still experience issues we would need to investigate the log files. Those can be found using a web browser and access http://
