I want to know if DCE can still connect with StruxureOn (EcoStruxure IT) and availability in LATAM region ( Costa Rica)

At the moment, customers are already offered two digital services: EcoStruxure IT Expert (you can connect only the special free EcoStruxure IT Gateway software to it) and EcoStruxure Asset Advisor (you can connect your existing DCE software to it).
But unfortunately for both =SE= digital services in the section AVAILABLE IN your country is not declared (as well as mine :-). You need to wait...

bad news for us, we think it's an expensive service. Today we have 150 devices (365*150=54750 USD per year) and we already pay for DCE: licenses, support contract, and APC-UPS support.
There is another way to obtain only the app working for our DCE?

May I jump in in the discussion
LATAM region will launch Asset Advisor in Dec 2018, so very soon.
You can connect your DCE to the EcoStruxure IT cloud and then be connected to the Mobile App only, or to Asset Advisor or IT Expert.
If you are only interested in the Mobile App, you can connect and get the mobile App for free. You don't have to pay for the Mobile App. You will then be able to see Alarms and list of assets.
By connecting, you will also get 30 days of free trial of IT Expert for all devices connected. You will see a lot of information in the Mobile App during the 30 days like Alarms, list of assets, and per asset list of sensors with history of values. After the 30 days period, you will have to decide to buy IT Expert or not. If you buy, you will continue to have the same views; If not, the mobile app will show you less information (alarms, list of assets)
By connecting, you can have 1 device covered by Asset Advisor for one year for free. For this device, you will see in the Mobile App a lot information (Alarms, Devices, Data history, Incidents, Chat with Service Bureau). You can have more devices connected to Asset Advisor but either buying it (365$/asset/year) or if you have a Service contract on some assets, these assets will be covered by Asset Advisor. For your assets covered by Asset Advisor, you will have a Service Bureau monitoring your assets, monitoring your incidents, chatting with you and calling you if necessary.
About your 150 devices, you can decide if you want all, or some of them covered to Asset Advisor. If some are covered by an Advantage Service Contract or Warranty, then they will be automatically upgraded to the full coverage. It's transparent for you, the system does it for you.
