I have successfully configured the proxy server settings in the DCE client, however when I try to do the EcoStruxure IT > Registration the connection status is "Communication Error". I have looked through the logs and copied some detail below. It shows that the proxy test return code was 200 (successful), but the registration response fails with status 407.
Might be worth while noting that I had some trouble setting up the proxy settings in the first place, and finally figured out that I needed to upload a 'Server SSL Certificate' which seemingly worked.
Am I missing something?

Dear Richard,
When configuring your proxy settings, you authorized to open port 80 HTTP, but you need to open the HTTPS 443 port. The issue must be linked to your HTTP proxy config.
Otherwise, you can authorize these static IP addresses in your proxy:

Thanks for your response. I don't have direct access to our proxy configuration but I've been able to validate that the rules are correct by using my browser:
The server responds with:
{"message": "Invalid Authorization."}
Our proxy doesn't give any error, and so it's letting it through.
Something I didn't mention is I'm using the evaluation licence for DCE and EcoStruxure IT, the help page doesn't mention that this isn't possible. But could it be to do with licencing?
