Hi,
We had completed a Data Center project involving DCE & DCO, and now client is asking for DCIM Software Support Contract Certificate.
As far as I know that the Support Contact should start from the Data of License Activation. Please clarify?
Also when I logged into "dcimassets.schneider-electric.com" I don't see the date of license activation for the particular Asset. So how does Schneider know the date of license activation?
Thanks & Regards
Shemil

Hi Shemil,
K-base FA176117 outlines both required contacts as well as when they start. I do not believe the customer receives a certificate.
Thanks,
Steve

As per my experience it is from the date of Purchase Order to APC, it has not physical software support contract. Like you have purchased DCE software support contract and you need to update your DCE software then you have to provide copy of PO to APC support team to get update link of software.hope answered your question.
