I imported DDF file for Cisco UCS C220 M3S into Data Center Expert and I am able to see sensor information.
In DCE desktop client at Device View panel the C220 device is not showing any data at serial number. It might be that equipment provides two different S/N:
Is there any way to show "Cucs compute rack unit serial" information at the serial number field in the device view panel?

Hi Mate Fekete,
Unfortunately, in the Device View windows, the Serial Number column is only for native Schneider Electric devices, not for 3d party devices. This native serial number is read by the fixed APC OID .1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.4.2.2.1.3.1, which is not applicable to the Cisco server.
Therefore, if you want to display one of the above serial numbers of the Cisco server in this window, you need to modify your DDF-file. And then you decide: do you do it yourself, or apply to .
Hint: in the DDF-file for the Cisco server, at the beginning it is necessary to add the following:
bashDDF-file for Cisco S/NAttention, OID_you_need_for_SN (in standard notation, .x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x.x) on both lines must be the same (only for "Cucs compute board serial" or only for "Cucs compute rack unit serial"), because for the DCE-server the parameters "serialnum" and "serialnum2" are the same.
I am always glad to help.

Hi Mate Fekete,
And in the output of the snmpwalk command, are these serial numbers present?
With best regards.

Hi,
Yes, both should be in the snmpwalk because in all DCE client I am able to read these two different serial numbers.

I.e., in the Device Sensors window on this Cisco server are these serial numbers present?
