My goal is to automate our Struxure GW config through a config manager. I'm curious if there's a way to configure a backup schedule via command line? My second question is does the config backup also include the backup schedule?

Hi eric.yue,
As for me, this would be a very useful option, but it is not yet available.
But unfortunately, the developers did exactly the opposite. I.e., if the version of SxOn GW 1.0.2.9 had a scheduler option to run Backups, then it was removed already in the new version of SxOn GW 1.0.3.40. From What is new in StruxureOn read:
- Scheduling is no longer available in the Discovery and Backup/Restore options.
I can not understand it, why?
With best regards.

That sounds very backwards, you're telling me their latest version removed scheduling of backups? Which would mean we'd have to manually backup?

Exactly: manually on demand from the SxOn GW Web-console ☹️.
