I have added a stringsensor in Eltek DDF in order to see the battery type/name.
But unfortunately I can't create any report with this sensor type. Is it possible to create report for stringsensor ?
Thank you.

Dear Ara Orujyan,
Can you show a screenshot of how you create a report for your sensor?
It's strange, but I can easily create a similar report in the DCE-client. To do this, for example, select Sensor Type = Other State. For example, below is the report on the type of refrigerant at the air conditioner:
Note, that a similar graph (Sensor gadget) can not be created in DCE web-GUI: it is possible to use only digital values for the Sensor gadget.
With respect.

Dear Ara Orujyan,
You are right, indeed, if the sensor type = state and is not used a map its values like you on the screenshot (i.e., the state sensor can take any value, rather than the fixed ones), then it is unfortunately impossible to create a report for such a sensor ☹️.
I can only recommend, that you create an appropriate Feature Requests about this. And maybe in the new version of DCE-8.x it will be implemented. However, I believe that for your case it is better to create a report in the form of a chronological table.
With respect.

Dear Ara Orujyan,
By the way, the battery, as a rule, can be only a few preset types (similar to the way in which I show the types of refrigerant on the screenshot). Therefore, these fixed battery types can be specified in a DDF-file. And then you can create the report required for you in the DCE-client. This is a good workaround for now 😀.
With respect.

Dear spezialist,
Unfortunately the problem is not solved, because I can't create any report for this kind of sensor.
But I have generated some similarity of report from linux by sending snmp request to all DC rectifiers...
Thank you.
