Struxtureware7.2.6 support
Hello.
We are currently running Struxtureware7.2.6 and we plan to migrate the VM from one server(end of life) to a new one.
The problem is that since i joined the company we have not used any form of direct support.
What is the level of support can i get from Schneider based on the licences we have purchased or how do i setup direct support with Schneider

In order to get the updated version of StruxureWare Data center Expert, you need to purchase support contracts for the server and any license keys. The following k-base may be helpful:
