I would like to know how can I show the custom property key information which is set by the sensors section. The device information I can see by the device list, if I set the column to visible. But I haven’t find any function where I can see this kind of extra information for the sensors. It doesn’t shows in the active alarm section. The only field where it has a function is the map view, where I can set visible this information.
Another question. It is possible to send the custom property key device information via email?
For example I have many MODBUS device, and I have set up, an extra filed which contains the real name of the device. On the DCE device list I can see this field, but when the customer gets a notification, he just receives just the IP address of the device and the slave number. The response can be faster if the onsite service get the real name of the device.

Dear Gabor Novak,
From your question:
...But I haven’t find any function where I can see this kind of extra information for the sensors. It doesn’t shows in the active alarm section.
and:
Another question. It is possible to send the custom property key device information via email?
Unfortunately, this is not yet possible, as has been repeatedly mentioned here on EcoStruxure IT. As far as I know, this is probably already in the next feature requests.
With respect.
