Connecting devices with NO/NC dry contact to DCE AP9465 Server
Hi,
In one of our projects, client wants to connect below devices with NO/NC dry contacts to DCE AP9465 Server:
- Fuel Tank
- Generator 1
- Generator 2
- Main Gate DSM "Door status monitor"
I understand that we have modbus rs485 to tcp/ip converter (TSXETG100) but for the above can anyone suggest a device.. may be a third party device which was tested and working?
Thanks & Regards
Shemil

Hi Shemil, you can also use the Netbotz 250 (NBRK0250) in combination with the dry contact cables, connected to the Universal sensor ports
Used for connecting APC sensors and third-party dry contact sensors. (See “Connect
sensors to universal sensor ports” on page 12 for a list of applicable APC sensors.) Thirdparty
dry contact sensors require a NetBotz Dry Contact Cable (NBES0304).
This Netbotz can be connected to you're generator via the dry contact cables and the netbotz itself can then be monitored via the DCE

Hi Shemil,
You can easily use Schneider Automation Server for such requirements which can again hook back to SXW DCE. See my post here:
