I have a new Cell Phone. I deleted the EcoStruxure App from my old phone. So now I don't have anything to authenticate with. And I don't have the code that I was supposed to save the first time I used EcoStruxure IT.

Can you ask an EcoStruxure IT administrator in your organization to log in and reset your two-factor authentication for you?

When I attempt to login to the EcoStruxure IT App either on my new Cell Phone or on my laptop or when I ask the EcoStruxure Gateway to launch it tries to go to my old cell phone, the one in which I uninstalled the EcoStruxure App on. So now I am being asked for a 6-digit code with nothing to generate it. Can the EcoStruxure Gateway send one or reset the EcoStruxure IT App?
